About mRNA Core
mRNA Core has worked with over 20 research groups across multiple Australian and international institutions to design, manufacture and analyse a diverse array of RNA products, from vaccines to gene therapies and drug delivery capabilities.
In partnership with the Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Therapeutic Innovation Australia, we provide multiple services across the mRNA space, utilising cutting edge technology and platforms – including Australia’s first rotating angle dynamic light scattering machine.
What we offer

Custom mRNA
We offer the following services for custom mRNA, starting at 0.5 μg and up to 50 mg.

Unmodified - Native, unmodified sequences like those found naturally

Modified - The nucleoside uracil (U) is replaced by a synthetic analogue (m1Ψ), which better protects it from immune clearance

Capped - Capping with CleanCap AG at the 5’ region of the mRNA increases stability during translation processes in the cell

Sequence optimised - We clean up your provided sequence to optimise translation and expression of your protein

Standard mRNA
Our off-the-shelf range is perfect for fundamental work or developing your drug delivery system.
Reporters: Non-immunogenic, great for investigating cellular expression and biological tracking.
